Yoga Holiday Club
A Yoga Holiday Club with Ivy Lou Yoga can help calm little children's minds in a world of over-stimulation. Our morning yoga session will be energising ready for the day ahead and the afternoon yoga session will be calming, ready to go home. In between these sessions your child will have creative arts and crafts classes in with the yoga theme of the day.
Nurseries
Ivy Lou Yoga can attend a nursery setting from aged 2 and over. Learning basic yoga moves with songs and stories can help build body confidence and speech and language skills.
Toddler Yoga
Develops co-ordination | Can improve quality of sleep | Promotes relaxation | Helps language development through songs & stories | Encourages listening skills
Schools
Ivy Lou Yoga offers school sessions that can be anything from weekly to monthly sessions. Yoga can help calm children's minds and help improve concentration in other subjects.
Private yoga at your home
Yoga with your baby, child or children can be an excellent bonding experience and sometimes us parents would prefer to experience this in our own home. If you would like private yoga sessions at your home from 6 weeks old to aged 11 years, please message us before booking to arrange.
